In my experience, when trade disputes occur, most overseas purchasers do not want to file a lawsuit against factories unless the trade amount is large. The reason is that litigation will take a long time and cost a little bit much. Besides taking pre-litigation legal actions, I also suggest that we have to expose them on the internet. On this page, I will expose dishonest China suppliers that have ever conducted dishonest behaviors toward buyers, such as scamming, delaying seriously, manufacturing seriously defective products, and so on.
Specifically, I am inclined to expose the cases I have taken over by myself based on sufficient evidence. The reason is to ensure the displayed factories on this page are not innocent. Hopefully, I can help other overseas buyers avoid potential trade disputes again by exposing those dishonest suppliers. However, the premise is that buyers need to research the names of China suppliers through Google before placing orders.
As described above, I think the dishonest behaviors of suppliers include as follows:
1. Totally a Scam
In this case, it is totally serious. On the one hand, we can report it to the local police station where suppliers are located. On the other hand, it means that it is impossible for buyers to receive any paid products.
2. Severe Defective Products
In this case, when buyers receive critical defective products, it presents the suppliers are not responsible for clients badly. If suppliers refuse to return fees, then I will expose them here.
3. Serious Delivery in Delay
Timing is very important for buyers to distribute in markets of their countries. If the products imported from suppliers were delivered in delay, then it means buyers will miss the best selling timing and will not make any profits, even leading to loss. Except for the force majeure, otherwise, China suppliers should be held responsible for any losses of buyers. If suppliers refuse to take any responsibility, then I will expose them here.
4. Other Dishonest Behaviors
I will take this factory called “Guangzhou Jifei Technology Co., LTD” or “Guangzhou Jeffery Technology Co., LTD” as an example in the next article.
